What you will do.
1. Inventory Management & Control:
- Oversee inventory audits, reconciliation, and ensure process adherence.
- Create and analyze reports for accurate stock tracking and inventory control.
- Enforce SOPs for inventory handling and reduce discrepancies.
2. Warehouse Infrastructure:
- Maintain health, safety, and efficiency in warehouse operations.
- Implement processes for optimal infrastructure management and compliance.
- Conduct regular infrastructure inspections across locations.
3. Reporting & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with warehouse policies and regulations.
- Regularly report on key metrics such as stock levels and discrepancies.
4. Travel & Physical Inspection:
- Conduct periodic site visits for physical inspection of warehouses and inventory.
What we are looking for.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Inventory Control.
Proven track record in implementing Warehouse & Inventory control practices.
Knowledge of applicable compliance and safety standards.
Proficient in database management and reporting tools.
Comfortable with periodic travel for inspections and audits.
