What you will do.
Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions.
Collaborate with Managers: Understand hiring needs and job specifications.
Employer Branding: Enhance the company's brand to attract top talent.
Onboarding: Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of recruitment activities and applicant status.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
What we are looking for.
Experience: 2+ years in recruitment, preferably in the fintech or tech industry.
Skills: Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Tools: Proficiency with ATS and other recruitment tools.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Attributes: Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
